What is a 710?

The joke is funny if you read this before peaking at the attached.

A few days ago, I was having some work done on my car at the local garage, when this blonde gal walks in and asks to buy a "seven-hundred-ten." We all looked at each other wondering what she wanted. Another customer there asked her what is a seven hundred ten. She responded said, "you know, the piece in the middle of the engine. The mechanic walks over to another car with open hood, and asks her to point out the piece. And she did... look at the 710.
