| Cinnamon and Diabetes
A food full of cinnamon maybe helpful to diabetics, according to a new report published in late February.
Researchers said people with type ll diabetes, may regulate their blood sugar by adding cinnamon to their food. A forth of a teaspoon to as much as one teaspoon of cinnamon per day would be enough.
